***Each participant could submit or present maximum two papers. Only paid participant papers will be published in Conference Proceeding Books or in Indexed journals. 

*Your papers will be accepted after per-reviewing by our Scientific Committee then it will exist in our congress program and will direct to printings for our congress book of abstracts and ful paper.

The congress is an international congress and is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians. 

The preferable conference presentation language is English, but Turkish and French will be also acceptable. Same language presentations will be organized in separate virtual or normal sessions.

However, please keep in mind that all the submitted abstracts and full papers must be in English only.

Our Congress Abstract and Full paper Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the congress.

The sending full text papers for conference will be published in indexed International Scientific Journals or Conference Proceeding Book after our conference is completed or before.

If you choose to publish your full paper in Conference Proceeding Book please send directly to conference e-mail agribalkanc@gmail.com until September 1st or upload your file web page under your abstract submission.

If you choose to publish in Journal please submit directly until September 1st; as free of charge;

The best three selected full papers related to biodiversity, genetic resources and conservation, plant genetics and breeding will be published in Scopus indexed Journal: Notulae Scientia Biologicae

The best three selected full papers related to geodesy, topography, GIS, UAV in any field of symposia will be published in the Journal: Nova Geodesia
